Reaching Out

Angel Tree – Families are “adopted“ during Advent. The church family buys gifts for the families. Donations are also given from those who cannot shop and volunteers purchase the remainder of what is needed.

Backpack Buddies – During the course of the year, church members provide food for children who experience food insecurity at home. Local schools distribute the items as needed.

Episcopal Farm Workers – During Lent, the church collects items for migrant workers they need to perform the harvest. These items include long sleeve shirts to protect from pesticides, straw hats, sunscreen, bandanas, baseball caps, soccer and volley balls and gift cards for Walmart or gas stations.
