Continuing on the Mental Health resources, this week Children and Youth will be highlighted. Mental health is of great importantance in these age groups as they still growing. It is valuable to know that the human brain doesn’t stop forming until the age of 27(approx). Disfunctional behaviors that may develop until then may become deeply embedded in their thinking.
